- 30% Non-Refundable deposit charged on booking
- Balance charged in-full 6 weeks prior to arrival
- Access on arrival from 4pm
- Departure on final day by 10am
- Sorry, no smoking and no pets
- Note: No rowdy stag/hen parties or similar
- No outdoor shoes to be worn above ground floor level (slippers are provided).
- No amplified live music
- House must be left in a reasonable state on departure
- Breakages / missing items are chargeable
- Fully Refundable 'Good House-Keeping bond' of £300 charged 6 weeks prior to arrival ( at same time as outstanding balance). This will be refunded within 48 hours of your check out from the property.

We will reply to you within 24 hours to confirm availability. We will also send you our bank account details.
To secure your booking, please pay a 30% deposit. Once the deposit is received, we will send you a confirmation email.
The remaining balance of 70%, plus a £300 refundable 'Good House-Keeping Bond' needs to be paid 6 weeks prior to your arrival date. We will send you a reminder email.
Failure to pay the balance on time may result in the cancellation of your booking.
