ESSENTIAL PRE-ARRIVAL INFORMATION
We hope you’re looking forward to your stay with us at Cliffhanger. Please ensure we have your mobile number in advance as this is the quickest and easiest way for us to communicate with you.
The full address of the property is ‘Cliffhanger’, 65a West Hill Rd, St Leonards on Sea, TN38 0NF. Please use this address if you are booking a supermarket delivery for your stay. We supply a few basic items to get you up-and-running after a long journey (tea, coffee, milk, biscuits, a few loo roles), but all the consumable provisions for your stay are your responsibility.

Parking
The parking on West Hill Road is free and unrestricted and operates on a first-come-first-served basis. On arrival, we recommend you pull-in as near to the house as possible to unload luggage before going off to find a parking space nearby.
Arrival and Departure
Please let us know your ETA in advance and text us on 07973 858711 when you are half an hour away. One of us will be at the house to welcome you with the keys, respond to any queries and help with parking.
Arrival Day Check-in is from 4pm.
Departure Day Check out is by 10am.
Our cleaners arrive at 10am on departure day. Please ensure you have vacated the house prior to their arrival.
Linen & Towels (and coffee machine!)
Cliffhanger comes complete with quality bed linen, bath towels, hand towels, bath robes, slippers and hot-tub towels. Hair dryers and toiletries are also provided. There is a bean-to-cup coffee maker and we supply a small bag of good quality beans.
Children
Provided we know well in advance, we can supply up to two high-chairs and one travel cot. Please notify us in advance if you require them for your stay and bring your own bed linen for the travel cot. A few toys and puzzles are provided for mixed age groups.
Accidents, Spillages and Maintenance
We understand that accidents happen! If anything gets broken during your stay, please notify us as soon as possible so that items can be replaced.
Hot Tub – Very Important!
The hot tub is emptied and cleaned in between guest stays. Occasionally this may result in the hot tub not being up-to-temperature on the night of your arrival. To guarantee your safety, we check the hot tub regularly throughout the course of your stay. This will normally be done in the morning. Please don’t be concerned if you see us doing this.
Children must not be left unattended in the hot tub and everyone must shower before entering the water.
Departure Day
Part of the booking conditions are that the property is left clean and tidy. A charge may be levied against your ‘good housekeeping bond’ if the property is left in a mess, the BBQ is left dirty or the wood burner is left full of ash and embers.
